Our Goal

We want to make sure everyones voice can be heard without getting silenced by extremist right-wing groups and fable thumpers who lose their shit over pixels on a screen (it is scientifically proven media does not negatively influence people). How many times have you seen people who play GTA runnover tons of pedestrians in real life? None! Fiction is fiction! Hence why we created this index/archive so that creators can have their content online without interference from the censor trigger happy nutjobs who hate fun.

We have four different ratings that we utilize for creations on the index archive; A0, T13, M15, and X18. Here's a breakdown of all the ratings;

• A0 - All Ages
  • Can contain the following: Frequent Strong Language, Frequent Mild Violence
• T13 - Teenagers
  • Can contain the following: Frequent Strong Language, Frequent Moderate Violence, Suggestive Themes, Alcohol and Tobacco Use, Horror Elements
• M15 - Mature
  • Can contain the following: Frequent Strong Language, Use of Slurs, Infrequent Intense Violence, Suggestive Themes, Alcohol and Tobacco Use, Horror Elements, Infrequent Sexual Content, Infrequent Nudity, Chem Use, Mild Fetishes (Not Focus of Project), Implications of Self Harm/Suicide, Gambling
• X18 - Adults Only
  • Can contain the following: Frequent Strong Language, Use of Slurs, Frequent Intense Violence, Suggestive Themes, Alcohol and Tobacco Use, Horror Elements, Frequent Sexual Content, Frequent Nudity, Chem Use, Mild Fetishes (Focus of Project), Heavy Fetishes, Self-Harm/Suicide, Gambling

What We Won't/Can't Allow

• Content that breaks US/Canadian law
• Visual depictions real or fictional of underaged (under 18) humans in sexual scenarios (We refuse to host any content of this nature).
• Content focused on IRL porn(Don't take this as us being against real world sex work. Real porn is only disallowed because hosting it requires us to get licenses and fill out expensive paperwork for us to legally host it. These don't apply with fictional artwork. What gets considered porn is media thats mainly sexual in nature. So for example a horror movie that runs for an hour and has only one two minute scene containing sex would not be labebed porn. A one hour long movie with fifty minutes of sex scenes would be labeled porn)
• IRL gore (If you are a horror creator who uses almost indistinguishable special effects in live action please include a demonstration of how you do special effects as fake gore is allowed)
• Having US host Fanfiction/Fangames/Covers/etc. We are a free index/host. We can't afford licensing copyrighted materials for you and we don't need any lawsuits or C&Ds. This is also why we manually approve releases submitted to us. For a platform that does allow hosting fanfiction and has hundreds of legal team members to defend it in court check out AO3 (Archive of Our Own | AO3 doesn't allow original works). If you are hosting fanworks off-site we can link to your fanworks. You are absolutely allowed to have us link to fanworks off site!
• Harrassment and defamation of real individuals. Facts about and critisism of public figures does not fall under this rule. Being against the concept of religion (not intolerance towards real religious people) is acceptable. Advocating for hate/terrorist groups and hate codes would fall against this rule (examples of said groups and codes include but not limited to; The KKK, MAGAs, Nazis, Sharia Code, certain passages of The Bible, certain passages of The Qu'ran). If you indentify as a member of any hate/terrorist groups you'll be barred from uploading to the site.
• NSFW Imagery on browse pages (exception of the mature page).
• Encouragement of self harm/suicide and/or media of real (not staged) self harm/suicide.
• Scams
• Gambling of real money. We are not a casino.
• Selling of non-consumable items as consumables tied to one platform account on a device. Example gameplay expansions can't be sold as consumeables (that's just greedy). All accounts on a device must be able to access gameplay expansions without having to purchase it on every account. Cosmetics can be tied to a single account on a device since it doesn't affect gameplay.
• Pay-to-Win games. We believe everyone should have fair chances in competitive games whether they spend money or not. Anything that increases winning odds must be unlockable for free outside of competitive.
• If you are indexing titles from Xbox platforms the titles must not use Xbox Snart Delivery to force XS consoles to only access XS versions, and you must provide an Xbox One version on XS too or only do an Xbox One version and make that version available on XS. Xbox Smart Delivery / XS Optimized Versions makes games less accessible for people that can't spend lots of money on expanding internal storage to download since XS Optimized (which 99.9% of the time it's barely noticeable graphics changes) games are not supported to be played on most hard-drives. By not using Smart Delivery and offering an Xbox One version you are making your games more accessible to a larger audience. Seriously don't pull a COD forcing people uninstall most of their games on their internal storage to download a 300 gigabyte game that can't be played on a hard drive.
